the room was super clean it included a coffee machine and a teapot i found an comfy mattress also the dogs were impressed with their beds and bowls. the restaurant food was excellent i had a delicious meal in the evening and a generous buffet breakfast the following day compliments to the chef. the grounds were beautiful i enjoyed the views and spa facilities
the pool temperature was a mere 24 degrees it was too cold to swim in the gym had not been built and the steam room was broken

charmed by every detail
amazing fooddelicious broccolithin wall
The food was genuinely amazing (i especially liked the haddock and chips!). the batter was perfectly crispy, and the fish was full of flavor. the steamed broccoli with blue cheese and pine nuts was also surprisingly delicious. i also found the scrambled eggs a real treat. They were fluffy and creamy just like my dad used to make them.
The walls in my room seemed quite thin, allowing me to hear conversations and the tv from the adjacent room. This made it difficult to relax fully, particularly in the evening.

The grounds include gardens with views. There is also mini golf, though it needs some attention. there is also a leisure center with a swimming pool , offering both morning and evening swims, and a spa with massage services.

The room decor felt modern, with cozy lighting, tea and coffee facilities, and a lighted makeup mirror. i found the bed comfortable, and the room had plenty of plug sockets, an iron, a safe, and a hairdryer. The bathroom was spacious.

the arrival and departure procedures were efficient, and the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the housekeeping team kept the rooms immaculate and provided really high-quality biscuits with the tea and coffee supplies in my room.

amazing vieweasy check-inimmaculate cleaning
The lake view from the Lake View King was amazing!!! I could just sit there all day and admire the view. The friendly staff made check-in easy, especially since I arrived late at night. I greatly appreciated the immaculate cleaning of the room upon arrival. It felt fresh and new.
The gym equipment is somewhat dated, though still functional.

I found the setting overlooking the water quite lovely. the grounds are very well kept. It provided a pleasant experience for the duration of my visit. the staff in blossoms restaurant were engaging. they took time to speak with us, appreciated.
i noticed slow drainage in the bathroom sink, it's a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning
